GENERAL GUIDELINES TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS
The school firmly believes in discipline, Slackness, disobedience and disregard of rules will not be tolerated. Any action likely to lower the image of the school is regarded as breach of the school discipline. The school reserves the right to expel students whose diligence or progress in studies is considered unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students. Immorality, insubordination or contempt of authority is sufficient reason for immediate expulsion from the school. In such cases it is the parents' duty to counsel their children, so that the students do not indulge in indisciplinary acts. Please note the following:
1. Parents are not allowed to enter the classrooms.
2. They are required to inform the school of any change in their address/telephone numbers.
3. Leave for half-a-day should not be asked for. (security reasons) In emergency, written permission must be taken from the Principal
4. Children, when sick, should not be sent to school to attend tests/classes.
5. Should there be any legitimate complaint, please see the Principal at once or write a separate letter addressed to him/her. He/She willlook into these matters personally.
6. Any communication made by the parents/guardians should be addressed to the Principal or the class teacher.
7. It is compulsory for the parents to collect the report card of their ward on the assigned date, failing which a fine of 50/-will be imposed. The child whose report card has not been collected will not be allowed to attend class. If a report card is lost a replacement will be made after a payment of50/-Report card will be issued only to the authorized guardian/parent. In the event of a parent/guardian being unable to collect the report card on the assigned date, a prior written application should be submitted to the principal.
8. Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones or any other electronic gadgets to school. If found, such articles will be confiscated for a period of one year.
9.Any child found indulging in the act of trolling of fellow students, teachers or any member of the school, and the school itself is liable to be expelled. Trolling includes bullying, insulting, obscene or offensive comments, memes, or any other form of digital release without permission.
10. The name, roll no., class and section of the pupil should be clearly written on their belongings.
11. Parents are required to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help their child progress by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking interest in their child's work. They should check the diary every day and note the homework and other instructions given. In case of young children they are advised to check the bags of their wards to see if any notice/invitation etc. has been issued.
12. Habitual late comers will be given three warnings. The child will be senthome if such conduct is repeated there after.
13. Proper care must be taken of all school property and any damage done will be made good by the concerned student with a fine imposed for theoffence.
14. Bringing valuable articles like, expensive watches, and jewellery to school is not allowed. In case of any loss of valuables or other articles, the school shall not undertake any responsibility for the loss.
15. Irregular attendance, truancy, habitual idleness, disobedience or any conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school are sufficient reasons for dismissal of a pupil.
16. A student is liable for dismissal for the activities undertaken by the parent/ guardian that are in any way harmful to the interest of the school.
17. Parents should send leave notes duly signed (please see regularity record) if their children are absent from school.
18. It is the foremost duty of the parents to send their children to school in proper uniform, washed & ironed properly, with polished shoes & clean socks. The school reserves the right to get the hair cut done, if cooperation is found wanting from the parents despite information provided.
19. Parents should not send their children in vans or autos, which are over crowded or run on LPG.
20. Students involving in fights inside or outside the school will be suspended for three days. If the same is repeated they will be issued a ?.?.
21. A child is liable to be expelled from school if the parent/ guardian found abusing, threatening or misbehaving verbally or physically with the teacher(s) or school staff.
GUIDELINES FOR FEE PAYMENT
1. All quarterly fees to be paid by the end of months: March, June, September and December.
2. A late fee of ?50/- will be charged per student per quarter. Failure to pay the fees by the end of a quarter will result in debarring the student from class until the fees are paid along with a penalty feeo 500/- in addition to the late fee of 50/- for the defaulting quarter
3. Parents or guardians of students should fill the parent and school copy of the receipt form clearly and in block letters.
4. Online payments and cash less transactions are preferred.
The fee for final quarter to be cleared by 15th February.
ATTENDANCE
1. 85%. Attendance is required for the students in order to appear for any, examination held in school or for the Board Examination.
2. Students must attend school regularly however, a child should not come to school if he/she is not well once a child comes to school he/she is expected to remain in school till dismissal.
3. A CHILD MUST NOT COME TO SCHOOL ONLY TO ANSWER A TEST. IN CASE THE CHILD LEAVES SCHOOL AFTER THE TEST HE/SHE WILL BE MARKED ZERO FOR THE TEST.
4. Students are expected to come to school well in time. Late comers will be sent home after three warnings.
5.If a child is absent for any reason, a leave note must be written and signed by the parent in the child's diary. He/She will not be allowed to attend the class unless he/she brings a leave note from the parent.
6.For absence of more than three days, prior written permission must be taken from the Principal.
7. If a child is absent for more than three days due to illness, his/her leave note must be accompanied by a Medical Certificate.
8. All students are expected to attend the school on the reopening day and also on the last day before any vacation.
9. A student who is absent for 15 days or more without information, will be considered as having left the school and his/her name will be struck off the roll, but the TC
UNIFORM
1. Students should come to school in full uniform along with their ID card.
2. The uniform must be neat, clean and well ironed.
3. The shoes must be well polished.
4. Students must not colour or dye their hair and fancy haircuts are not allowed (students not complying will be sent back home).
5. Students must not have long nails or paint their nails.
6. Children must not wear fancy bracelets or expensive watches, bangles or other accessories.
7. Girls must tie their hair neatly in two plaits with black clips/bands with centre or side parting (No puff allowed).
8. Low waist pants are not allowed and skirts/tunic should be knee length.
9. Fancybelts and buckles are not allowed.
SCHOOL PROPERTY
1. Students are expected to take care of the school property. No student should damage any school furniture, switch boards, notice boards, charts etc. They must not scribble on the desks or on the walls.
2. Any damage to school property must be immediately reported the class teacher.
3. Bursting of crackers, splashing of colours, sparkles etc. is strictly forbidden.
4. If a child damages the school property, the cost of repair of the damaged property along with fine of 500/-will be imposed on the child.
TRANSPORT
1. Students must not come to school in auto rickshaws/ vans run on LPG.
2. Students must not come to school driving four-wheelers & two wheelers.
3. Children below 18 years found coming to school on motorized vehicles will have the vehicles confiscated and handed over to the nearest police station.
DISCIPLINE
1. Any student who is found involved in a fight or bursts crackers within the school premises is liable to be given a transfer certificate with no pardon.
2. The school will not be responsible if a child gets involved in a fight with anyone outside the school premises.
3. If a child is caught stealing, the child will be issued a Transfer Certificate.
4. During examinations or class tests, no child should resort to any unfair means. If caught cheating or using any other unfair means, the child will be given a zero in that subject.
5. Students using foul language in school, abusing others or showing disrespect to others will be severely dealt with.
6. Posting any form ofvulgarity on social media will be dealt as a cyber crime.
7. Bullying and Eve-teasing will be severely dealt with.
GENERAL
1. Students should not bring cell phones or any other gadgets to school. If a student is caught with any of the above, the same will be confiscated for a period of one year and strict disciplinary action will be taken against him/her.
2. No books, magazines or papers (other than prescribed text books or library books) should be brought to the school without the Principal's permission.
3. Students should not bring CDs, or pen drives to school without the prior permission ofthe Principal.
4. The school will not be responsible if a child brings money to school and if it is lost or stolen.
5. Students must take care of their own text books and notebooks, pencil box, calculator, tiffin box, water bottle etc. The school will not be responsible for any article lost by the student.
6. The name, roll number, class and section of the students should be clearly written on all their belongings.
